What is the difference between Canon MG6320 and MG6220? The Canon Pixma MG6320 features a 3.5″ touch screen, while the MG6220 only offers a 3.0″ LCD. Canon’s Intelligent Touch System with the 3.5″ touch screen makes operation easy by giving you only the buttons you need and only when you need them.

The Pixma MG6320 (Black: Approx. 15.0; Color: Approx. 10.0 ipm) is slightly faster than the MG6220 (Black: Approx. 12.5; Color: Approx. 9.3 ipm). For photo printing, the MG6320 needs approx. 21 seconds to print 4″ x 6″ borderless photo and the MG6220 needs 20 seconds.

The MG6320 can print onto printable CD/DVD/Blu-ray disc, while the MG6220 only onto CD/DVD. A chlorine-free paper also can be used on the MG6320.

Paper handling on the Pixma MG6320 has improved as much as the controls. Loading paper is easy with the front slideout trays: a 125-sheet, letter/legal main tray, and nestled above it, a 20-sheet photo tray (4-by-6-inch maximum media size).

The Pixma MG6320 uses a six- instead of four-ink system: cyan, magenta, yellow and black, plus a photo black and a photo gray. Using standard supplies, black pages cost a reasonable 5 cents per page, but the other colors are pricier than average, making a six-color page a high 19.2 cents. The high-yield inks offer some savings–4.6 cents per page for black and 13.6 cents total for a six-color pageā€”but are a little pricier than the high-yield supplies from other products.

Pixma MG6320 vs Pixma MG5320

The Pixma MG5320 uses five-ink system and comes without ethernet. It also without touch screen display and the scan resolution (2400 x 4800 dpi) is under the MG6320 and MG6220.
